Orders received by 10.00am (Sydney time) are usually dispatched the same day or next business day if a weekend. Occasionally due to high order loads or new releases there may be a slight delay in processing of orders. Orders with Express shipping are prioritised.
If any items are not in stock but due back into stock within 7 days we will hold the entire order until those items arrive. If there is any further expected delay will we contact you via email or phone call.
Export orders will have the Australian GST removed after checkout and prior to processing payment.

INSURANCE
We highly recommend insurance. All parcels are sent with a tracking number, however, if you opt not to take insurance our responsibility will end when the parcel leaves our premises.

Process for the current USA tariffs
The USA tariffs must be collected on goods prior to entering the US. We use a third party to calculate and pay the tariff so we can ship to the USA. Unfortunately there is a cost to use this third party company and the tariff and processing cost is dependent on the country of manufacture of the product we ship. We must pass this on to our customers as we cannot absorb these costs.
Therefore when we receive an order from the USA we do not charge your card. We need to check the country of origin of the goods you have ordered and enter this information into the third parties website.
The cost will be:
* the actual USA tariff converted to A$
* fee from the third party which is A$1.65 plus 10% of the tariff (code TF)
We will then advise you of the total cost and on your acceptance we will charge your card and dispatch your order.
INSURANCE
We highly recommend insurance. All parcels are sent with a tracking number, however, if you opt not to take insurance our responsibility will end when the parcel leaves our premises.
If your have not taken insurance and the goods are damaged or lost in transit, you are unable to make a claim against Armchair Racer as you have requested no insurance. You will need to follow this through with the postal service, however, they will most likely reject the claim as there was no insurance processed.

In addition to your statutory rights, should you change your mind we will happily provide a refund or exchange providing:
* the item is returned with the original receipt within 14 days
* is not used and is in original condition, including packaging
Any freight costs are the purchaser's responsibility.
