I HAVE PLACED AN ORDER BUT MY CREDIT CARD HAS NOT BEEN CHARGED YET?

We only charge your card after your order is manually processed and picked. We do this for a number reasons:

• if there is any stock discrepancy
• so that we can apply any discounts (such as freight adjustment/pre order offer) that may apply to your order

I HAVE PLACED A PREORDER – WHAT HAPPENS NOW?

The stock will be reserved for you. For orders placed within 30 days of the stock being received your order will be processed when received. For pre orders received where more than 30 days has lapsed we will send you an automated email either when it has arrived confirming it can be collected in-store or asking for you to confirm we can ship the order to you.

I AM LOOKING AT AN ITEM THAT STATES “LOW STOCK”. WHAT DOES THAT MEAN?

We have less than 5 units of that items and we will be unable to source it once sold out.

Due to the vast range we carry we are unable to list this on all products, but once we are aware this is the case we will list it on the product information page.

I AM LOOKING AT AN ITEM THAT STATES “IN TRANSIT”. WHAT DOES THAT MEAN?

The item is on its way to us and should be received in a few days. As some items are imported directly by us these items can occasionally take a little longer to get to us due to distance and customs entry delays.

I HAVE PLACED AN ORDER AND AN ITEM IS SHOWING AS ON BACK ORDER. WHAT WILL NOW HAPPEN TO MY ORDER?

Excluding pre orders which state when the product is due, if we are aware your item is due back in stock within 7 days of your order we will hold your entire order until the entire order is complete and we will then dispatch your order. If there is an extended delay on any item we will contact you and await your advice.

I PLACED A PRE ORDER AND THE ITEM HAS NOT ARRIVED WHEN STATED IT IS DUE.

We list the expected release date on all items in our COMING SOON page. It is very common that the expected date is changed, and it is common that this date be extended. As we receive further information we update the listing. Please do not hesitate to contact us for updated information or check the product listing, as we regularly update all listings.
