HISTORY:
The 1969 German Grand Prix was a Formula One race held at the NA?rburgring with Formula Two cars also competing by invitation. It was the seventh round of the 1969 World Championship for Drivers. Bruce McLaren, in his M7C-1 race-car, finished in an excellent 3rd place behind Jacky Ickx and Jackie Stewart. This was the last Formula One race at the NA?rburgring before it was rebuilt and fitted with Armco barriers for the 1971 race.
