The Ninco 6 lane 26 metre race track is available for Birthday Party hire.

Up to 12 racers may be invited to a party booking. Those not racing can marshal ie: putting cars back on the track.

The track speed can be turned down and when racers are more comfortable handling the cars the speed can be turned up. You should expect after 1 hour to be racing at under 8 seconds per lap.

The minimum age for birthday parties is 5 years. Inexperienced children 8 years and under are usually unable to marshal correctly and therefore will require assistance from adults for the marshaling role.

We recommend 2 adults be present at the party.

Tips for racing:
- Initially all racers should have practice runs on the track.
- Where there are more than 6 racers we suggest "crash and burn". 6 persons race whilst the other guests marshal. As a racer crashs a marshal takes over racing from that lane. We suggest the group moves in a clockwise direction.
- Once all racers are comfortable you can then run short race events including best of a determined number of laps; last 'man' standing etc.
Near the end of your booking we will have the computer run the 10 lap race. Here the computer will control the track and the results will be displayed on the monitor. Where there are more than 6 racers we suggest splitting your group into 2, and the 3 quickest racers from each group then race in a final 10 lap race.

Cost including the use of our cars and hand controllers is:

1 & 1/2 hour party - $96.00
- includes 1 hour on the track and 1/2 hour on the tables and chairs

2 hour party - $144.00
- includes 1 & 1/2 hours on the track and 1/2 hour on the tables and chairs

Should you require dedicated assistance for the track time during your party you may book either of our young staff members, Jason or Zac.
For an additional charge they will help run your party by instructing and running various events for your group.
Cost:
Monday-Saturday $20.00 per hour
Sunday $30.00 per hour
Please note that there are some days they are not available and they must be requested at the time of your booking.
On weekends they are usually available as follows:
Saturday 9am-4pm : Zac
Sunday 11am-4pm : Jason

The use of tables and chairs, fridge/freezer, hot plates (popular for heating frankfurts for hot-dogs) and microwave oven are available for birthday party bookings. The tables and chairs are set up under our covered outdoor area. You may decorate this area if you wish. The detailed pictures above will give you some idea of how other groups have decorated the area. If the table and chairs are required for your function please ensure you request these at the time of your booking.

As we do not provide food you are welcome to bring your own or have it delivered. You may bring your food prior to your function and have us store it in the fridge. Please also bring any cooking/serving utensils you will require.
We recommend plenty of drinks and/or watery type fruit ie. watermelon; oranges; grapes etc due to the usual "overuse" of vocal chords.
Chilled cans of soft drinks and water are available for sale.
Please note that alcohol may not be consumed on our premises.
Party bags are also available. These hand packed bags include a variety of chocolates and lollies from leading manufacturers. The Party bags must be ordered at least one week prior to your function and are available for $3.00 each.

As we have limited garbage facilities we would ask that you take with you any rubbish generated by your group.

Some groups have some great idea's. We list them as they may be of interest to you:
- rather than give each child a party bag at the end of the party, give each child a T-Shirt with a car theme at the start of the party.We have had guests who simply purchased T-Shirts and then printed the design themselves on transfer paper purchased from a computer shop and ironed the design onto the T-Shirt. Our favourite was the party where all the boys (and Dad's) wore a red Ferrari T-Shirt.
- suggest that each guest pool what they would have spent on a gift and purchase a slot car set for the birthday child to take home.
