CARRERA sets are supplied complete with either 1:24 or 1:32 scale
model racing cars, hand controllers (12-14 Volt DC power pack for
1:32 scale cars) or (18 Volt DC power pack for 1:24 scale cars)
for plug and go racing. Carrera offers the ultimate in slot car racing track (in our opinion there is no better) and are also wired to incorporate dynamic braking which adds a total new dimension to model slot car racing. Any brand slot car used on the Carrera Track System will now have the benefit of dynamic engine breaking. This unique race track system combining tracks to race either 1:24 or 1:32 scale cars, therefore Carrera offers the widest track system which enables optimal racing in bends with sensational drifts and power slide action. Carrera track rail U profiles are manufactured from stainless steel using Nirosta high-grade steel. No vibrations (VERY SMOOTH) in driving due to the rigid plastic material. The possibility of 4, 6 and 8 lane extension by using different curve radius. Just the best track system available. Carrera track is manufactured to the highest quality standards available. Any brand 1:32 or 1:24 scale slot car will run on the CARRERA TRACK SYSTEM.
